4 Star Suggestion Rating

Estimated Time:
15 minutes per person.

Materials:
Water-based face painting sticks
Tissue

Description:
Become a star, stripe, flag or firecracker this Fourth of July.

Instructions:
1. Ask child what he or she would like to be.
2. Draw design on.
3. Using the sticks is like using a crayon, making it much easier to create a good design.
4. Be inventive and have fun with it.
5. If the child is not fond of having his or her face painted, suggest a design for the hand or arm instead.
6. If on the face, keep paint clear from the child? eyes to prevent irritation.
7. Get the entire family involved. Paint each face to be part of a whole when you all stand together.
